The embroidered logos that we sell through through the online order system are suitable for a standard left breast embroidery. This will normally be no more than 10 x 10 cm. Larger logos for instance for a design to cover a jacket back will not fall into this category.
Delivery:
Any shortages must be notified to us immediately in writing within 3 days. Damaged or opened cartons must be checked or refused on delivery. Please note delivery dates stated are to be used as a guide only.
Artwork:
Artwork will only be returned if requested. The image remains the property of the customer; the screens and embroidery disks remain the property of Premier Embroidery Ltd.
Prices and Payment:
Prices and garment specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will not be dispatched until fully paid for.
Refunds:
Refunds are not available on customised garments unless the product is faulty. You must contact us immediately if you believe this is the case. Returns will not be accepted if products have been used or washed.
